Operation Plan

Clean the mold thoroughly and apply a release agent. Assemble the side plate and the bottom plate according to the designed dimensions. Then, pour the lightweight aggregate concrete slurry and use the vibration platform to compact and level it. Allow it to stand and cure until it reaches the initial setting point. Remove the mold components one by one and take out the formed wall panels. After cleaning the mold, it can be immediately put into the next round of production.
